I have learned a few things from running for 5 years, I hope I can help you

As a veteran who has been running for 5 years,

summarized his past experience and came up with several truths.

Lao Wei will share with you today, I hope some personal opinions can help you, so that you can avoid detours.

1. Running is easy to get injured because the core muscles are too weak.

Although running is not like basketball or football, it is prone to physical conflicts and injuries.

However, if your physical fitness is not high, running will still hurt yourself. For example, the soles of the feet, ankles, arches, and even calves, knees and thighs will all be injured.

Many runners look down on muscle training, thinking that it has nothing to do with running fast or not.

People with this kind of mentality, Wei still advise you to let go as soon as possible.

Because running is a continuous process of human work, the various muscles of the human body are responsible for a lot during this period, and it is a repetitive exercise. If the core muscle group is not strong enough, run a little longer and you will be injured.

also don't throw the responsibility of your weak physique on your running shoes. People don't carry this pot with running shoes.

2. Blindly pile the amount of running, and regardless of the quality

believe that many people think that the more the amount of running is piled, the stronger the pride.

So before that, can you discuss your pace and your heart rate per kilometer?

Why are so many people who want to lose weight by running, still so fat?

Why are so many people who want to exercise by running, still get a cold and runny nose so easily?

Think about the reason. If you use the low heart rate of 8 to run, let alone a marathon. As long as there is a supply, I can run 50 kilometers to show you.

simply pile the amount of running regardless of the quality, such running is meaningless. It cannot effectively strengthen your muscle oxygen uptake and strengthen your heart and lung function. Apart from chatting with others, talking about the pride when I run 500 kilometers a month, it is useless.

Remember, not only the running volume, but also the quality.

3. If you didn't sleep well the night before, don't run away.

People want to rest. If they don't get a good rest, they can't do anything.

especially sleep. If you have insomnia the night before, then I advise you to at least not do morning jogs after you "stay up all night".

Take a look at so many young guys and girls, why do they suddenly die of myocardial infarction and ? Lack of sleep, lack of rest, plus a lot of exercise, the heart is not iron, it needs to be slow.

4. Haste does not reach

Confucius said that there is no haste, no small profit. Haste will fail, and small profits will result in nothing. The words

apply in all aspects, especially when it comes to running.

Some people run desperately in pursuit of speed. But Wei can tell you responsibly that the more you pursue speed, the slower you run. The first person

did not figure out a concept, that is, long-distance running and sprinting are not the same thing.

sprint requires explosive power, the higher the explosive power, the faster you run and the better the results.

But long-distance running is about endurance and willpower. Only by working slowly can you do fine work. The speed of long-distance running

cannot be spelled out overnight. It is water milling time, it is "freezing three feet, not a day's cold."

Only through long-term and unremitting training (including long-distance training and muscle strengthening training) to increase the maximum oxygen uptake of your own muscles can you have plenty of physical energy for you to perform when everyone else feels tired.

5. Running with injuries, good spirits, ridiculously stupid

The 4 points mentioned above, none of the points are more stupid than the fifth point. As I said in point 4, haste is not enough, the same here.

running will encounter a lot of injuries, although not much involved in running itself, because it is very bigTo a certain extent, it is because of the relationship of strength, equipment and running posture. There is no warm-up relationship.

Running with injuries is the most stupid, no one. It was originally a long-term combat project, and you want to fight the day. Your mind allows it, but will your legs allow it?

It can be said that a simple muscle strain still insists on running, your willpower will not overcome the pain, it will only make it worse.

In the end, a minor illness became a serious illness, from a muscle strain to a muscle tear, , and necrosis-as for the consequences of this situation, just ask a surgeon and you will know. Above

are some of the experiences that Wei has summed up over the past five years. I have experienced the above things except for muscle tears, so every time I think about it, I feel fresh in my memory.

hope these experiences of mine can remind some friends and let you avoid detours.
