"Online + Offline" improves the participation rate of organizational life. Use the "party building + Internet" model to promote the transformation of organizational life from "offline" to "equal emphasis on offline and online". Give full play to the distance education platform of party members, adopt the "on-site teaching in the main venue + live video broadcast in the sub-venue" method to provide rural party members with "nutritional meals" to help rural party members increase their intelligence, talents and income. For mobile party members , a WeChat group for party members to assist students is established to timely share excellent learning articles on public accounts, learning to strengthen the country and other platforms, and the latest policies of the party; for elderly and weak and inconvenient to travel, a home delivery will be carried out, and learning materials will be sent to them, and a party class will be given to them, and they will be encouraged to actively participate in organizational life. Since the beginning of this year, party organizations at all levels of Tianhua Town have timely shared more than 540 party policies and policies for mobile party members in WeChat groups, and carried out more than 70 home-to-door learning and exchange activities for more than 420 themed learning and exchange activities.
"Secretary + Party Member" enhances the initiative of party members to participate. The party’s organizational life is led by the village party organization secretary, and the main role of party members is fully exerted. Let party members come to "order" and jointly formulate annual organizational life plans; let party members come to "star" and take turns to carry out theme learning and exchange activities such as sharing of stories about joining the party and special knowledge lectures; let party members come to "evaluate" and score the form, content, and effects of each activity. By setting up platforms, putting burdens and making requirements for party members, we can effectively enhance the ideological and behavioral awareness of party members in participating in party organizational life.
"Inside the Party + Outside the Party" enhances the vitality of organizational life. In terms of participants, we will absorb activists to join the party, , intellectual groups, mass representatives, etc. to participate in activities, discussions, and effectiveness evaluation. In terms of the content of the activity, we explore and carry out learning and discussions, night schools and other activities around the current key tasks such as living environment, credit village construction, civilization creation, and rural revitalization. In terms of activity form, through a "1+N" combination of a party member leading several people, we jointly carry out activities such as micro wishes claiming, pairing of households in need, visiting households, condolences in need, volunteer services, etc. Since the beginning of this year, more than 630 people have been mobilized to participate.
"Theme Party Day + Key Work" enhances the attractiveness of organizational life. We will continue to use thematic Party Day activities as an effective carrier for implementing the Party’s organizational life system and strengthening the education and management of Party members. At the same time, we will explore experiential and open Party organizational life models. By moving the Party’s organizational life into the fields and fully combining it with the central key tasks, we will make the Party’s organizational life more diverse and lively, and effectively enhance the attractiveness of the Party’s organizational life.
