Chaozhou Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau strengthens leadership, emphasizes planning and implements results, regards "job training" as the "main classroom" for building an ecological and environmental protection iron army, and uses the "three transformations" to promote the "job training" activities to go deeper, more practical and detailed, and helps to win the battle of "changing cadres' ideological style".
1. Grasp the "key minority" and deepen leadership and take the lead in learning. Party members and leading cadres take the lead in learning more and learning more deeply and constantly learning, forming the "big gear drives pinion" effect, and guiding and promoting the system's party members and cadres to integrate learning, thinking and application, and the unity of knowledge, belief and action. First, adhere to the system of the first topic and the theoretical study center group, deeply study the Party’s latest political theories, and truly understand them. This year, a total of 19 studies on the first topic and 8 studies on the theoretical study center group have been carried out. Second, the main leaders and leaders in charge of the bureau actively participated in the special training classes of the Provincial Party School of "Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era" and "Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization" to further study and understand Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and effectively enhance the ability to shoulder the important tasks of reform and opening up in the new era. The third is to implement the system of leading cadres taking the podium. In June, the main responsible persons of the bureau taught to the young and middle-aged class students of the Party School around the theme of "building a green ecological development belt and creating a successful model of "green water and green mountains are gold and silver mountains". The second is to gather the "power of youth" and refine youth exchanges. Strengthen the education and training of young cadres, strengthen quality and improve motivation for young cadres in the positive direction, and strengthen the ambition, backbone and confidence of young cadres to fight the tough battle against pollution. First, establish a collective training system for youth learning and exchanges. We organize young cadres and staff to carry out collective training on theoretical knowledge and business capabilities from 20:00 to 22:00 every Monday night to effectively improve the comprehensive quality and professional capabilities of young cadres and staff of the bureau. As of now, 11 collective training sessions have been held. Second, actively plan for the practical training of young cadres to "go global" and strengthen docking and communication with the Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment. Select outstanding young cadres to study on the job at the Water Department of the Provincial Department for 3 months, learn advanced experiences and practices of superiors, and improve their work horizons and work abilities. Third, young party members of the Party Committee of the Organization and members of the Communist Youth League held 15 reading sharing sessions with the theme of "New Youth in Books, Youthful Hearts for the Party", and built a reading sharing platform to guide young cadres to share their personal reading experiences and reading methods based on their job characteristics, share the integration of work and reading methods, and continuously improve the responsibility and ability of young cadres to do a good job in ecological and environmental protection through mutual learning and mutual promotion.

First, in response to the shortcomings and weaknesses that have emerged in the practice of ecological and environmental protection business, a "Year of Capacity Consolidation" training plan is formulated. By inviting superior experts, leading cadres and business backbones to give lectures, conduct business special training in full coverage and targeted manner, and continuously improve the professional level of the cadre team. This year, a total of 16 business special trainings including "Fengjiang Shenkeng National Examination Section Compliance Standards" and "Emission Source Statistical Training", have been held, with more than 900 trained personnel.The second is to highlight the practicality of the job, combine common business knowledge such as policy requirements, procedures, methods and techniques of daily ecological and environmental protection work, and timely sort out and form a knowledge manual for knowing and knowing jobs, further strengthen the business exchange and research of cadres, master the content of the manual, and improve their ability to perform their duties and service levels.
