In order to ensure the safe broadcast of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, our city’s radio and television system has continuously strengthened organizational leadership and implemented responsibilities at all levels with a high sense of political responsibility. In the early stage, we will carry out hidden danger investigation and rectification, improve the emergency plan, organize training and drills, and establish a publicity work coordination mechanism; during this period, we will strictly implement various guarantee measures, strengthen on-duty and duty, and strictly implement the reporting system for major incidents and the zero reporting system.
