Huang Qiubin, born in June 1972, is from Anxi, Fujian., graduated from Tsinghua University with both undergraduate and graduate degrees. also worked in the Propaganda Department and Science and Technology Development Department of Tsinghua Party Committee. Huang Qiubin is a child of a peasant family in a mountainous area. Both his parents are farmers. His family was very difficult at that time, but he studied very hard. During the autumn harvest, he was drying the millet while holding a book and reading. In 1990, Huang Qiubin was admitted to the Department of Environmental Engineering of Tsinghua University. When he graduated, he obtained two bachelor's degrees in the Department of Environmental Engineering and the Department of Chinese Language and Literature, and later stayed in school to work in the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee.
During his studies at school, he was an active member. He held many positions in the school and department student unions, and was captain of the school tennis team. He writes elegantly, worked as a reporter, and worked as an editor, and he is still writing today.
After he arrived at the local level, he worked diligently to help Xifeng County move from a nationally designated poor county to an economically strong county in Guizhou Province. In addition to work, he also wrote and published nearly 30 articles of various types.
The turning point in Huang Qiubin's life came in July 2002. After finishing his studies at Tsinghua Law School and working in the Science and Technology Department of the school, less than half a year later, he was selected from the position of deputy director of the Science and Technology Development Department to serve as deputy secretary of the municipal government of Guiyang City, Guizhou Province.
