From 0:00 to 24:00 on October 31, 2021, Heilongjiang Province added 27 local confirmed cases of new coronavirus pneumonia (25 cases in Aihui District, Heihe City, and 2 cases in Pingfang District, Harbin City), all of which were actively investigated and found during centralized isolation or home isolation control.
As of 24:00 on October 31, 2021, there are 2 imported confirmed cases in the province and 82 local confirmed cases.
Starting from 24:00 on October 31, 2021, the Green New City West District and International Flower City Phase I will be adjusted to medium-risk areas.
The local epidemic occurred in our province. Please pay close attention to the epidemic trends. If there is any intersection with the activity trajectory of positive infections, or if there is a history of travel and residence in medium and high-risk areas and epidemic-related areas within 14 days, immediately report to your community (village) and work unit and cooperate in the implementation of prevention and control measures.
