It is understood that the female teacher named Zhuang is only in her 20s and has not worked in the kindergarten for a long time. On July 16, she taught the children in the class to learn the pronunciation and pinyin. However, a boy was unable to pronounce it well for a long time. The female teacher named Zhuang lost control and patted the boy with bare hands and repeatedly, and later admitted to the kindergarten principal that he made a mistake.
When the parents went to the kindergarten to pick up the child in the evening, the female teacher surnamed Zhuang held the child and handed it to the parents, and apologized to the boy's mother on the spot. The boy's mother was very angry when she saw the redness and swelling on the child's back. The park later informed the education department that the female teacher was dismissed three days later and brought a fruit gift box and a NT$3,600 red envelope to the parents.
However, the boy's parents still cannot forgive and dare not let their children go to kindergarten to attend classes. On August 3, they filed a lawsuit against the Taoyuan City Bade Police Branch for the crime of injury, hoping to "fight for justice" for themselves and their children. The person in charge of the kindergarten said that he will continue to communicate with parents and hopes to obtain parents' understanding as soon as possible.
