MAZ537 is a heavy off-road military truck produced by the Minsk automobile factory in the Soviet era. In order to make the car look more realistic, this time the painting production chose a complex approach, but the specific process is actually very simple, all of which are the most basic soil repair, spray paint, filters, and old-fashioning and special effects.

First of all, the assembly of the car shell, just assemble it in this state according to the instructions, but remember not to install glass at the beginning!
Overall, the workmanship of the shell of the CROSS RC car has improved, but in general, it is still not satisfied, especially the moving parts and interior after assembly. All movable parts of BC8 are very flexible after assembly. Although this is a very good advantage in some cases, it does not seem to be too flexible for parts such as the rearview mirror that need to be fixed; the other is the car door, which does not have a fixed position, and after opening the door, it will interfere with the rearview mirror to further maintain the angle of the rearview mirror. In terms of interior, BC8 is even more simple, with obvious internal wiring, so it takes some effort to hide internal wiring.
There is another obvious bug. After the interior assembly was completed, it was found that the gap between the original steering wheel and the door was too small, so the steering wheel, gear lever and foot pedal were moved a little to the right side of the cab.
of course, it is not all bad. When BC8 is doing well, the dashboard, the hollow dashboard plus the stickers and LED lights below can make the interior atmosphere of BC8 better. This should be a thumbs up.

BC8 is very interesting and can be screwed directly on the outside of the hub. It is very convenient to install and disassemble. While ensuring that the tire is installed firmly, the hub shell can also make the entire tire look more simulated. The back saddle bag of
MAZ537 was originally used as a accessories box, but the BC8 in the model is used as a powered cooling chamber. However, for Haoying AXE Motor, such a large heat sink is still a bit useless.
So here the cooling fan was removed and replaced with the speaker's sound room.
As for heat dissipation, the AXE motor itself is not too heated, so it will be done by handing it to the heat sink below. If it really doesn't work, adding a small fan on it can also effectively improve the heat dissipation conditions of the motor.
Maybe some people will say: The motor and the speaker are so close together, will there be no abnormal sound when the motor is working? In fact, this problem is different. First of all, the magnetic field interference of the AXE motor itself is not too strong, and the speaker we choose is also an anti-interference speaker, so it is not affected at all during actual operation.
Then there is a smoke-emitting wave box, installed on the chassis of the car, and a Y-shaped tube is made to divert the flue.
The chimney on the car shell is sealed with an ABS board, and is connected to the smoke-emitting tank below through two hoses that can be quickly disassembled. At first I was quite worried that Killerbody's smoke-burning bin could not support such a large two chimneys, but after installing it, it worked well.
smoker box is supplied from the outside and is connected to a small bottle in the audio room by a long hose. The capacity of the small bottle is about 15 ml, and basically a small bottle can smoke continuously for several hours. Moreover, the Killerbody smoker is not picky about food. In addition to the original smoker, the smoker like Henglong can also smoke in large quantities.
The following layout is done, and the next step is to install internal equipment and local wiring. The front of the MAZ537 is very large, and the internal space is mainly used to install engines and engine heaters (you know how to work in Siberia). So when it comes to the model, the BC8 with less engines is very abundant, but it is still not too presumptuous when laying out the equipment.
BC8 The original audio room was used to play receiver, sound set and BEC circuit board. The original light set size was too large under the seat. Each electronic device is waterproofed with three-proof paint, and there is no worries about wading in the future.
In order to better utilize the space, the electric drive is placed between the gear shift servo and the original audio room, and the position is just right.
After the basic layout is completed, the wiring and wiring work will be done. Although there are many electronic devices in this BC8, the lines that need to be connected are not complicated in fact. The throttle control channel passes through the BEC diversion plate, and simultaneously controls the throttle linkage of the sound group, electric regulator and smoke-emitting wave box; the steering channel uses Y-wire to connect the light group and the first pair of steering wheels, and the six channels and one channel are proportionally mixed to connect the second pair of steering wheels to realize the linkage between Ackerman steering and lamp groups.
Later, actual measurements found that the BEC of the electric-controlled instrument is not enough to support the power supply of so many devices. When steering again, it will cause voltage unstable and cause sound group abnormal noise, so an additional external UBEC power supply is added to perfectly solve the problem of voltage unstable. But it is a bit troublesome to turn on one more switch when switching on the power supply in the future.
This BEC diversion board is a board provided with the vehicle. Its original function is to divert the control line of the servo. However, the steering angles of the two servoes in this way are the same, and the Ackerman steering angle cannot be realized, so the proportional steering setting directly uses the mixed control function of the Lodi RC6GS gun control, and this board has also been slightly improved and has become three control lines used by the BEC diverter board to connect the throttle.
