After waking up, the doctor diagnosed many serious injuries in the cerebellum of his brain, diffuse axonal injury in the brainstem, open upper and lower jaw bone comminuted fractures, left occipital fractures, tear on the left cheek and chin, and falling inside the throat. Moreover, due to severe damage to the frontal lobe of the two sides of the brain, the memory loss was lost, and only one day of memory function was left, and he was permanently demented and unsteady in walking, so he could not take care of himself.
Chen Ziduo filed a complaint to the non-commissioned officer surnamed Zheng involved in the case, and asked the Army Command for compensation. The non-commissioned officer surnamed Zheng was in prison for business negligence. On the 13th of this month, the Taoyuan District Court sentenced Zheng Man to June imprisonment and fined Yike; on the compensation part, the Taoyuan District Court sentenced the Army Command to compensate Chen Ziduo on April 30, 2020, but the military was dissatisfied with the verdict and appealed, and the whole case was still under trial.
Chen Ziduo's father came forward to accuse him of the rope that the son pulled at the time of the incident was an ordinary scout rope sold on the market, not a military-specification rope. He seriously questioned how the military used scout ropes to perform special combat missions?
