For cases that are insurance liability, no financial information and maintenance contracts are required for property insurance cases less than 60,000 yuan; only "two cards and one license" (ID card, bank card and damaged photos); only medical expense invoices are required to apply for medical expenses under 10,000 yuan; only medical expense invoices are required to provide disability assessment reports if the disabled person is reviewed by the insurance company and meets the disability standards. The second is to lift medical restrictions. The restrictions on medical treatment in designated hospitals will be lifted, restrictions on self-paid drugs and medical treatment projects will be lifted, and customers can make claims when seeking medical treatment at any location. The third is to relax the proof of identity. "Three proactive": one is proactive prepayment. The insurance company voluntarily advances the treatment costs of the injured; voluntarily advances the determined property losses.
