On October 1, the Xiedian Township People's Government of Guan County, Liaocheng Hongfan Education Consulting Co., Ltd. and AVIC Xinyuan Hebei Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. held a Liaocheng meeting at the Xiedian Township Government Signing ceremony for the construction of Hongfan Senior High School project. Wang Yunlong, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and mayor of Xiedian Township, Guan County, Xu Shiqiang, former secretary of the Party branch of Shezhuang Village and general manager of Liaocheng Hongfan Education Consulting Co., Ltd., and Chu Yanjun, general manager of AVIC Xinyuan Hebei Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. attended the ceremony.
Liaocheng Hongfan Senior High School project is located in Qianshezhuang Village, Xiedian Township, Guan County. Qianshezhuang Village is a national civilized village, Liaocheng "First Beautiful Countryside", and Liaocheng theoretical propaganda base. The Qianshezhuang Party Branch is an advanced grassroots party organization in Shandong Province. Guan County Xiedian Township Middle School, which won the "four consecutive championships" in the high school entrance examination, is also located here, and it has a large number of high-quality students.
It is reported that the total construction area of the project reaches 41,559.75 square meters, including multiple buildings including teaching buildings, comprehensive buildings, service centers, dormitory buildings, restaurants, etc. The formal signing of this agreement marks a substantial step in the construction of Liaocheng Hongfan Senior High School project. According to the agreement, the project will start construction on October 18, 2021 and be completed by the end of July 2022. By then, Qianshezhuang Village will realize "one-stop" education from kindergarten, primary school, middle school to high school, further promote the integrated development of urban and rural education in Guan County, and promote rural revitalization through rural education.
