1. Recruitment positions

2. Recruitment qualifications
(1) Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China, support the Communist Party of China, abide by laws and regulations, and have good conduct;
(2) Have the professional knowledge, education, professional skills and experience required for the position to be hired;

Employment-based trainee judge assistants and clerks are mainly engaged in auxiliary work related to trials, and must also meet the following conditions:

2. Judge assistants should have a bachelor's degree or above in the national education law major, or a associate degree degree in a related major and have been engaged in legal work for more than 2 years; clerks are required to have a college degree or above, and legal majors are preferred;

Anyone who has any of the following circumstances will not be accepted and will not be hired; those who have been hired will have their labor contracts terminated upon discovery:
