↑Korninov
Korninov was a glorious figure in the Tsarist era.
He was born in a military family of Cossack , and his father was a lieutenant. At the age of 15, he entered the Omsk Military School. Later, he was admitted to the Artillery School in St. Petersburg . After graduation, he served in the Turkestan Military Region as a lieutenant.
During that period, Korninov organized many adventure activities for Xinjiang, Afghanistan and Persian . In addition, he also learned several Central Asian languages, made subtle observations of the location of the adventure, and wrote a report. During the Russo-Japanese War, Korninov participated in the Battle of Fengtian and Sandep. He was awarded the Order of St. George after the war and was promoted to colonel.
1907, Korninov, who had always been very concerned about the Far East, was sent to China as a military officer in China. During this period, Korninov not only learned Chinese, but also traveled around to understand China's customs, politics and military situation. He has always suggested that the Tsarist Russian government should establish a cooperative relationship with China's Far East.
In 1910, after being recalled to St. Petersburg, Korninov redirected to Mongolia and Kashgar, where he continued to inspect China's military situation and regularly wrote observation reports and sent them to the Tsarist Russian government. The following year, he was recalled to Russia again and was renamed the commander of the Estonian Eighth Infantry Regiment.
It can be said that Korninov is not only a qualified officer, but his literary talent is also a rare in the army. At that time, he often published articles in newspapers and magazines, so he was quite famous in the army.
1914, battle broke out. Korninov served as commander of the 48th Infantry Division. He had fought many battles with the German and Austrian army in Galicia and Carpathian areas, and was later promoted to major general for his merits.
However, later, in a joint battle, the team he commanded and other teams were dispersed by the Austro-Hungarian Empire's army, and the generals and the widowed soldiers quickly became prisoners.
↑Australia-Hungarian Army
In the eyes of the Austro-Hungarian Army, Korninov was a very valuable prisoner. The commander of the Austro-Hungarian Empire deliberately persuaded him to surrender. However, Korninov was a loyal tsar and was unwilling to surrender. Due to severe injuries on the battlefield, he was temporarily sent to the prisoner's hospital. As a result, after recovering from the injury, he got a set of Austrian military uniforms from somewhere, put them on and got out of the hospital. Later, after going through a lot of hardships, he fled back to the position of the Tsarist Russian army. The incident of
caused a sensation at the time. The media used him as a national hero to promote him. Tsar Nicholas II even met him in person and awarded him a hero medal. In this way, Korninov became famous and had an extremely glorious moment.
However, Korninov always believed that Tsar Nicholas II was incompetent. Therefore, after the outbreak of February revolution, he immediately responded to the revolution, launched a mutiny, and put Nicholas II's mother and brothers and sisters under house arrest, took hostages, and forced Nicholas II to surrender his power.
Because it played a key role in the revolutionary process, after the establishment of the bourgeois provisional government, Korninov was appointed commander-in-chief of the Russian army and became the number one figure in the army.
Does Korninov really support the revolution and the new regime? Not.
When the Tsar was still in power, he was dissatisfied with the Tsar's corrupt rule, dreaming that one day he could replace the Tsar and establish a military dictatorship.
The provisional government at that time was a government controlled by bourgeois parties. They continued to participate in the war outside and suppressed the revolution internally, which made the people very dissatisfied. The chaotic situation in
gave Korninov hope.He once declared to the outside world: "Unified Russia can only be achieved by horsewhip bayonets and the Cossacks. The weak and incompetent literati politics will only pull Russia into the abyss. Russia needs to be ruled by military strongmen. For this reason, even if the entire Russia is turned into scorched earth, it will be spared."
↑ Later, Korninov
looked down on the bourgeois provisional government. , Korninov looked down on , the Soviet regime , he once said viciously: "Burn half of the country, let three-quarters of the Russians bleed, and kill all the Bolsheviks!"
At that time, the bourgeois provisional government held the regime, and the Soviet regime could only exist in the form of parliament due to insufficient influence, and Korninov controlled the military power. Therefore, a situation of "three-legged squad" was formed at that time.
Soviets and the Provisional Government allowed soldiers not to obey the command of the officers in order to fight against Korninov. Under their instigation, mutinies often occurred in the army. Korninov believed that the chaos in the army was the same as the chaos in the country, so he decided to use Thunderbolt to restore order in the army and the country.
He banned soldiers from gathering, abolished various declarations, and shot all soldiers who opposed him or protested, and hung their bodies on the roadside for public display.
Not only that, Korninov also killed many Bolsheviks. As a result, his conflict with the Soviets became very sharp.
Because both the bourgeoisie and the old landlords and the old nobles were afraid of the Bolsheviks, the bourgeoisie and the landlords and rich peasants not only did not get angry, but instead praised him and believed that he was the "savior of Russia." Therefore, he plays a pivotal role in Russia.
Seeing that the time is ripe, Korninov asked the Provisional Government to grant him the power to manage everything. After being rejected by the Provisional Government, he began to oppose the Provisional Government. This caused dissatisfaction from the Provisional Government with him.
has already torn his face, with the support of Britain, Korniv simply did nothing and launched a military coup in September 1917, preparing to eliminate the Soviet regime that had just been established, and forced the Provisional Government to step down and establish a military dictatorship ruled by him.
Of course, the Soviets did not give Korninov a chance. They quickly defeated Korninov in Petrograd. The Provisional Government removed him from his post and put him in jail.
↑Korninov inspected the army
This military coup caused the originally unstable provisional government to encounter an unprecedented crisis of trust.
Originally, the Provisional Government insisted on continuing to participate in the First World War despite public opposition. The Russian army was defeated repeatedly in the war, which made the war-weary people very dissatisfied with the Provisional Government. In addition, the Provisional Government protects the interests of the bourgeoisie everywhere and bullies the people by cheating and deceiving them, and also suppresses the coexisting Soviet regime.
In short, the Soviet regime has gained more sympathy and support from the people. Therefore, under the leadership of the Bolsheviks, the October Revolution broke out, the Provisional Government was overthrown, and the Bolsheviks established the Soviet Russian regime.
The Russian royalists and bourgeoisie certainly did not want to see the establishment of a new regime, so they recruited troops and launched rebellions, and the Russian civil war began.
In the chaos, Korninov fled from the prison and also organized a volunteer army in the Don River area. He not only became enemies of the Soviets, but also brutally killed the workers and peasants who supported the Soviets. In short, he became the vanguard of the anti-Soviet regime.
The Soviet regime encircled and suppressed Korninov. Because the power is not strong enough, Korninov lost his troops and generals while fighting against the Red Army . When the Don River area was occupied by the Red Army, he led the team to march towards the Cuban area. However, just as he besieged Cuban's Soviet government, he was killed by a shell.
After Korninov was killed, Chief of Staff Denikin took over his army.
Considering that the Red Army was still clenched behind, Denikin could only bury Korninov nearby. Subsequently, Denikin led his army to move to southern Russia. Later, Denikin developed the army into the White Guards, and once occupied two-thirds of Ukraine, approaching Moscow , posing a great threat to the Soviet regime and continued to intensify the unrest in the Soviet era. It can be said that although Korninov was beaten to death, the unrest caused by him caused serious disasters to the Russian people.
