Lingqiu County Revolutionary Site Overview 013: Xiguan Village destroyed the Anqing Fuxinghui site of the spy organization
Lingqiu County Anti-Japanese Government Public Security Bureau destroyed the Japanese and puppet spy organization Anqing Fuxinghui site is located on the north side of the old street of Xiguan Village, Lingqiu County. The appearance no longer exists and has been built into a residential area.
On the evening of June 9, 1942, after careful reconnaissance, the county police discovered the crimes of the "Anqing Renaissance Society", a Japanese and puppet peripheral spy organization that had surrendered to the Japanese Red Army, and conducted reconnaissance and investigation on its activities, residence and defense. The deployment was submitted to the Yanbei Prefectural Committee of the Communist Party of China for approval. The Lingqiu County Committee and the county government decided to destroy the "Anqing Renaissance Society", the Japanese and puppet peripheral spy organization. County brigade captain Qi Wenying led the county's basic cadre brigade to take charge of security. County Public Security Bureau officers such as Wang Ziwen, Zhao Ren, Wang Shoufu and Qian Yi were responsible for arrests. County Party Committee Enemy Affairs Minister Wang Zhiping and County Public Security Bureau Director Lan Ting personally took command. With close cooperation from the inside, we successfully entered the Xiguan "Anqing Renaissance Association" residence and captured Dai Jiufu, President and Business Chairman of the Renaissance Association, and Dai Fu, Minister of General Affairs, etc. without firing a shot. We also obtained 28 secret registers and membership registers, and 1,700 photos of members and responsible persons. After that, they took advantage of the victory and launched a powerful political offensive, distributing more than 1,500 propaganda materials, causing grassroots revival members to surrender and register one after another. Some middle-level backbones also took the initiative to contact the anti-Japanese government, willing to contribute to the anti-Japanese war. This secret service organization was completely destroyed.
