Six meals. Every time I eat, I only eat 60% to 70% full, without excessive satiety. Cancer patients have poor appetites and poor metabolic functions. They eat less food each time, which can relieve stomach pressure and allow the body to have enough time to digest and absorb food to ensure the normal operation of body functions.
Get up at 8 o’clock every morning for the first meal, and there will be about 2.5 hours between each meal, no more than 3 hours, so that the stomach is kept in a state of food, which effectively stimulates the body’s metabolism and improves metabolism rate.
04 Pay more attention to the attributes of food

- Attributes of warm food: beef, venison, cat meat, pigeon, quail, partridge, chicken, dates, citrus, etc.
- flat foods: pork, grass carp, crucian carp, pomfret, maw, shark fin, abalone, eggs, milk, hericium, fungus, shiitake mushrooms, peanuts, figs, apples, grapes, etc.
- Attribute cold foods: escargot, crab, persimmon, watermelon, etc.
