According to the relevant person in charge of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, this is the fifth batch of unemployment insurance job stability refund funds issued to enterprises and units this year. The beneficiary enterprises are mainly small and micro enterprises that have paid social security for one year as of September this year.
"As of now, the human resources and social security departments at the municipal and district levels have issued a total of 31.7365 million yuan in job stabilization refund funds, benefiting 4,680 municipal enterprises. The issuance of job stabilization refund funds has further reduced the employment costs of enterprises, stimulated the vitality of market entities, and helped enterprises develop better." The person in charge said.
In order to further simplify the process and reduce the burden on enterprises, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau implemented the "free application and enjoyment" service model to promote the implementation of the policy, that is, through data comparison, all enterprises and social groups that meet the policy of job stability return are screened out, and the funds for job stability return are accurately distributed to the company's corporate account, and enterprises do not need to fill in forms to apply.
According to policy requirements, our city will issue unemployment insurance job stability refund funds for unemployment insurance premiums that are paid continuously for 12 months or more, and the layoff rate is not higher than the national urban surveyed unemployment rate of (5.5%) in the previous year, and the layoff rate of insured enterprises with less than 30 people (including) is not higher than 20% of the total number of insured employees. The job stability refund funds are mainly used for employee living allowances, social insurance premiums, job transfer training, skill improvement training and other related expenses.
