International crude oil market trend this week.
The first crude oil trading week in the fourth quarter of this year ended, with international oil prices falling sharply. Brent crude oil prices fell below the integer mark of $92 per barrel after "one rise and four falls". Oil prices fell by 6.60% in one week, and oil prices hit a new low in the past month.
U.S. crude oil futures prices performed even weaker, with oil prices falling 7.65% this week.
Due to the suspension of the National Day holiday, the domestic oil price of opened high and closed low this week. The price of Shanghai International Energy Trading Center domestic crude oil futures contract rose by 6.98%; the price of fuel futures contract fell by 3.67%.
Although international oil prices have fallen to a new low in the past week in the past month, according to the provisions of the " oil price management Measures " implemented in January 2016, when the National Development and Reform Commission adjusts domestic refined oil prices, it no longer looks at the latest oil prices on the day of price adjustment as before, but observes the average rise and fall of the crude oil price in the international market for 10 working days.
International oil prices have increased by 6.88% in the past two weeks. The corresponding direction of domestic oil prices is the increase in oil prices, with refined oil prices increasing by about 250 yuan/ton. The weekly K-line of domestic crude oil futures contracts closed a big negative line that rose.
Youliao Finance believes that the biggest positive factor for oil prices is that starting next month, OPEC+ major oil-producing countries will significantly reduce oil production by 2 million barrels per day.
Oil price negative factor is that the US CPI consumer price index in September, which reflects the inflation rate, rose by 8.2%, exacerbating the possibility of the Federal Reserve hike rate . Wall Street Investment Bank analysts expect the next US dollar hike rate will continue to reach 75 basis points, which is negative for the price of international commodities hike, including crude oil, and the performance of global stock markets.
Youliao Finance believes that international oil prices are affected by the above two important factors, and are fluctuating violently, but will not form a unilateral market trend.
