People often regard the boundaries of their own vision as the boundaries of the world. Because you can't feel or see it, just pretend that they do not exist. This is equivalent to locking yourself in a cage. This is the cage of thinking and the prison of cognition.
How many people are firmly confined to it, their vision becomes narrow, and their judgment and action are deeply affected. How many people have been unable to get out of this prison for the rest of their lives and have imprisoned themselves for life.

All saints and classics from ancient times, China and abroad are teaching us how to break free from this cage:
"Tao Te Ching" says: Five colors make people blind, five sounds make people deaf, and five flavors make people feel refreshed.
Our eyes, nose, tongue, ears, etc. are combined to build a virtual world that envelops us, blocks the real world, and deceives our brains.
The Heart Sutra says: I see that the five aggregates are empty, and all sufferings are overcome... There is no eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body and mind, and there is no color, sound, smell, taste, touch and law.
means that when we close our six senses and then perceive the world, we can see the real world and relieve the pain of life. Diamond Sutra says: All appearances are false; if you see that all appearances are not appearances, you will see Tathagata . All the appearances you see are projections deep in your heart. When you can penetrate various appearances and peek into their essence, you will have a thorough understanding.
" Zhouyi " says: Those with deep desires have shallow secrets.
means: the heavier the desire, the less people can see the truth of the world. We are all blinded by desire and are trapped in a huge "cage of thinking", like a blind man touching an elephant.
Life is a practice. The highest level of practice is actually breaking free from the "cage of thinking", just like clearing the clouds and seeing the sun, allowing you to see through the true meaning of all things and the truth of life in an instant. It is simply wonderful.
