1. Recruitment targets and quotas
This time the candidates are graduates of ordinary colleges and universities who have not been employed since 2020. The district plans to recruit 180 people, including: 57 people from the Dongguan Office, 57 people from the Zhongjie Office, 60 people from the Xijiao Office, and 6 people from the Qingfu Street Community of Sishilipu Town. This selection and appointment are transitional and one-time measures. All the selected personnel are arranged to engage in public welfare positions such as epidemic prevention and control and civilized city creation in the community. The hired personnel will no longer be re-employed after termination of the internship agreement or employment contract for various reasons.
2. Recruitment conditions
College graduates who meet the conditions for public welfare positions are recruited and managed as urban public welfare positions; those who do not meet the conditions for public welfare positions are recruited to the community for a 6-month employment internship, and after meeting the conditions, they can be included in the management of urban public welfare positions; those who do not meet the conditions for urban public welfare positions after the 6-month employment internship period expires, they will continue to be managed as employment interns.
Recruitment conditions for public welfare jobs:
After the legal working age, have the desire to employment and employment ability, hold the " Employment and Entrepreneurship Certificate " (or " Employment and Unemployment Registration Certificate "), meet the requirements of the recruiting unit and have one of the following circumstances:
1. College graduates from colleges and universities with zero employment families in urban zero-employment families:

3. Recruitment method
The overall recruitment work is coordinated and responsible for registration by the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. In accordance with the principles of openness, fairness and justice, the employer shall determine the on-the-job personnel in a flexible and diverse manner based on the actual number of people who register. 4. Service period
Selected personnel service period is one year, from November 2022 to October 2023. The employment internship time and public welfare position work time of each on-the-job employee shall not exceed one year.
5. Salary benefits
Employment internship: Employment interns sign an "Internship Agreement" with the employment unit, and the salary and benefits are composed of three parts: living allowance, job salary and personal accident insurance. Living subsidies are 1,000 yuan per person per month, job wages are 1,000 yuan per person per month, and monthly salary is 2,000 yuan. Purchase personal accident insurance for 200 yuan.
Public welfare position: Public welfare position personnel sign the " Labor Contract " with the employment unit to establish a labor relationship. The salary and benefits are composed of three parts: social insurance subsidy, job subsidy and job wages. Social insurance subsidies shall be implemented in accordance with the prescribed standards, and employers shall hire personnel to participate in work-related injury insurance for public welfare positions in accordance with the law. The job subsidy standard is implemented according to the minimum wage standard of our district: 1,770 yuan per person per month, the job salary is 1,000 yuan per person per month, and the monthly salary is 2,770 yuan.
