What are the specific requirements for the competition when it is held?
Regarding time requirements, the competitions on the "List" are held in principle from September 2022 to August 2025. During this period, no more than once per academic year, and no more than three times in total.
Regarding the requirements of public welfare, competitions should adhere to public welfare and should not be aimed at making profits. shall not charge students and schools for cost fees, labor fees, activity fees, registration fees, food and accommodation fees, participation materials fees, equipment fees and other fees for various names, so as to achieve "zero charges". No supporting services such as transportation, hotels, restaurants and other services shall be specified when participating in competitions. Fees shall not be charged in disguise by organizing training, study tours, winter camps, summer camps, etc. related to competitions for participating students. No selling or selling materials, books, auxiliary tools, equipment, materials and other products in disguise. Training shall not be carried out for participating students, parents or teachers. Fees shall not be charged illegally in the name of competitions for conducting grade examinations. Sponsors shall not use sponsorship competitions to conduct related marketing or promotional activities. The cost of competition activities shall not be transferred to students or schools where students participate in the competition in any way.
Regarding organizational requirements, all competition work shall be directly carried out by the organizer and organizer, and no commission or authorization shall be conducted; various competition mechanisms such as expert selection, question setting, results disclosure, objection appeal, etc. must be established to resolutely prevent fraud, academic misconduct, and unfair situations. competitions are published by each organizer. Students and parents are requested to pay attention to the information released by each organizer. All work of the competition is directly carried out by the organizer and the organizer. No entrusting or authorization shall be carried out.
