Before 2018, Li Yingchun went to Ghana, Iran , Iraq , Dubai , Ethiopia and other countries to participate in the welding work of large-scale projects. In the areas where he works, some surface temperatures are as high as 60℃ in summer, and some are rampant in Ebola virus, but he just needs to overcome such difficulties and often stay in a region for 1-2 years.
When working in Iran, Li Yingchun served as the frontline manager of the team. Some workers reported that the level of translators in the team was limited and communication problems often arose. In the field of electric welding, translation often involves many professional terms, and once a translation error occurs, it may lead to all rework.

"I set a goal for myself at that time--to learn 5 words every night." As a frontline manager, Li Yingchun got into the "sharp" and insisted on taking on the responsibility of translation. He participated in production as usual during the day and taught himself English words at night. During his school years, he had a solid foundation in English. After persisting for three months, he had been able to communicate with locals.
After tasting the "sweetness" of learning, he also taught himself WPS Office and mastered the skills of document and table production. Later, he learned skills such as video shooting and editing and became a self-media creator. "If I hadn't learned these skills in my early years, I would have struggled to do self-media now." Early learning made Li Yingchun more skilled in later self-media creation. He believed that no matter what he learned, it would always come in handy one day in the future.

Li Yingchun and his elder brother and second brother took a photo at Puguang Gas Field in 2012. In the electric welding work, even if the work meets the requirements, he will be "sharp". When working in Asia's Puguang Gas Field, the largest natural gas field in Dazhou, Sichuan, Li Yingchun's welding pass rate had reached 98% of the national standard requirements, but he insisted on pursuing a 100% pass rate. To this end, he kept thinking for a year and two months, and finally successfully broke through the bottleneck and summarized a secret, which would be of great help to the realization of the 100% pass rate in the future.
"I haven't reworked for many years later, and the pass rate can reach 100%. I think from the perspective of professional ethics, a welder should pursue perfection."
