There are many people running schools in the world. They are not people in the education industry, but were originally entrepreneurs, financiers, and engineers. They think it is almost impossible to rely on teachers in the school to innovate, so they go to it themselves.
What’s strange is that these people who don’t have a background in the education industry actually run their schools well. This gave me a very deep impression that our education really needs to change, otherwise it will be eliminated by the times.
"Future School" is a kind of innovative school.
It is neither a traditional public school nor a traditional international school. It is a comprehensive innovation in educational ideas, curriculum systems, teaching paradigms, and school culture. So where should the principal's thought come from? I think thought comes from thought. This is not synonymous repetition, the latter idea is the idea of the meaning of a verb, which is to think actively and constantly think critically about . At least we can come from the following four aspects:

Thoughtful principals should study hard with an inclusive attitude, give full play to the role of technology in promoting curriculum reform, and be the master of technology, rather than the slave of technology.

A thoughtful principal who has been teaching for many years must be a person with a beautiful vision for the future, imagining the future campus, future teachers, future courses, future school ecology, etc. These are the source of the principal's school-running idea.

How to form a teacher team in the future school?
The formation of a teacher team requires "heterogeneity"
If you want to achieve the educational philosophy of the future school, offer innovative courses, and cultivate children's literacy, you have very high requirements for teachers.
Jinrui School has now formed a team of key teachers with more than 20 people. These teachers graduated from domestic and foreign prestigious schools such as Cambridge, Peking University , Zhejiang University , Huazhong Normal University , etc./some of them were not engaged in the education industry before, but were very successful in scientific research and finance, and also had their own ideas about education. Together they formed a "heterogeneous" teacher team.
What is heterogeneity? For example, many teachers graduated from normal universities, which is "homogeneity". Homogeneity lacks collision and vitality; while the heterogeneous team of comes from different cultural backgrounds and regions, has different background knowledge, thinking model , and they will have many collisions together.
