(I) Support field

(II) Support scope
1. Support enterprises to carry out industry-university-research cooperation with universities, research institutes and related R&D institutions around their own technical problems, and promote the transformation and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements.
2. Support universities, research institutes and related R&D institutions to carry out intermediate tests of scientific and technological achievements, industrial tests, engineering development and demonstration applications, etc., based on the transformation and market application of scientific and technological achievements.
3. Support enterprises, universities, research institutes and related R&D institutions to form alliances, and carry out collaborative innovation in industry, academia and research around core technologies and common key technologies, transformation and promotion and application of scientific and technological achievements.
(III) Project execution cycle

6. Application conditions
In addition to meeting the above corresponding conditions, the reporting unit must also meet the following basic conditions:
1. The unit registers in Jiading District and pays taxes in accordance with the law;
2. Application unit and cooperation The party signs a cooperation agreement to clearly define the rights and obligations of all parties such as investment, division of labor, intellectual property rights, ownership and distribution of cooperation results, etc.;
3. The application project meets the requirements of regional scientific and technological innovation and industrial policy orientation, and has been implemented and has achieved good economic and social benefits;
4. Before applying for this guide project, projects that have obtained district-level financial support shall not be declared again.
7. Application materials

3. The public credit information query report of the application unit and the application unit;
4. The application project acceptance report;
5. Other information related to the application project, such as intellectual property certificate, testing report, new inspection report, scientific and technological rewards, etc.;
6. Special industries need to provide qualification certificates;
7. The application unit of the alliance cooperation project needs to provide the alliance charter (or alliance) and the list of alliance member units (including unit name, address, contact person, contact number, etc.).
