Yangzhou has also become the first batch of prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu that realize 100% of the full-process supervision of subject-type off-campus training institutions.
In accordance with the unified deployment of the Ministry of Education, before October 15, all localities should rely on national platforms to conduct comprehensive and full-process supervision of the qualifications, funds, materials, personnel, courses, etc. of off-campus training institutions. Students (parents) who participate in off-campus training must conduct course selection, payment, sales, refund, etc. through the platform.
Yangzhou uniformly incorporates the payment channels of subject-based off-campus training institutions into supervision. Payment is mainly carried out through three channels: on-site registration, mobile mobile registration, and APP registration. On-site registration is when parents arrive at the site. After the training institution manager enters the students' basic information and selects the registration class, they generate a QR code to pay for the registration; mobile registration, that is, they can directly enter the "Yangzhou Education Online" WeChat official account through the Internet, select "Other Services" and click "Teaching and Training Supervision" and then select off-campus training institution classes to register; APP registration, users can download the "Off-campus Training Parent-end" APP on the mobile "App Market". After clicking to enter, parents can independently select training institutions to register, select courses and sell classes.
Yangzhou Education Department reminds that all subject training institutions in the city have implemented full-process supervision. Parents should be sure to confirm whether the training institutions are on the list of off-campus training institutions management platforms before paying fees. Training institutions that are not on the list of platform will not have school qualifications. Parents should raise their awareness of risk prevention, carefully choose compliant and legal training institutions, and pay training fees through safe channels. Parents should pay fees through the above three payment channels, and confirm that tuition fees are deposited in the special fund supervision account to ensure tuition safety. If the tuition fees are directly transferred to the training institution account or sales personnel’s private WeChat account, Alipay account, etc., the financial risks arising will be borne by the individual.
