In order to do a good job in the theory course examination of self-study examinations in the second half of 2022, the relevant arrangements and requirements are announced as follows:
1. Examination time
October 22-25, 2022, please refer to the "Examination Notice" for details on the examination course arrangements.
2. "Examination Notice" printing time
Candidates can log in to after October 15th Hebei Provincial Education Examination Institute Higher Education Self-Study Examination Online Information System (http://zk.hebeea.edu.cn) to print the exam notice.
3. Epidemic Prevention and Control
1. Every time a candidate enters the test site, (1) must undergo a temperature test. If the temperature test is refused, it is prohibited to enter the test site; (2) Issue a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours (Appendix 1), "Candidate Self-Commitment Letter of Health" (Appendix 2); (3) Show the "Hebei Health Code" and "Itinerary Card" green code.
Candidates with body temperature exceeding 37.3℃ must undergo a re-test of body temperature. If it still exceeds 37.3℃, they shall be handled according to the procedures in accordance with local epidemic prevention requirements.
2. If the candidate is a confirmed case of COVID-19, an asymptomatic infection of , a suspected patient, or a close contact of a confirmed case, he shall not take this exam.
3. Candidates with fever who have been cured for less than 14 days and cannot rule out the possibility of infection must comprehensively determine whether they can take the exam based on local epidemic prevention work requirements.
4. Candidates must pay attention to the epidemic prevention and control requirements of the region where the examination is located in a timely manner and take the examination in accordance with the local epidemic prevention and control requirements. For candidates from other places, it is recommended to return to the examination area in advance to prepare for the examination, so as to avoid being unable to take the examination due to epidemic prevention and control reasons.
5. Candidates must be responsible for their own health status. Candidates who deliberately conceal their illness or fail to truthfully report their fever, travel and contact history, as well as candidates who refuse to cooperate in epidemic prevention and control work during the examination will be held accountable in accordance with the law.
6. Candidates should consciously enhance their awareness of protection and take good hygiene protection. No dinner or parties before and after the exam, avoid unnecessary outings, avoid contact with people from medium and high-risk areas, and advocate taking private cars, cycling or walking to the exam, and try to avoid taking public transportation.
