In 2020, she designed and applied for the "Party History Map" activity launched by the brigade headquarters as the main research object, and successfully established the major project of the Young Pioneers in Shanghai, and successfully concluded the topic by the end of 2021.

In September this year, a new team counselor came to the school. What surprised Ding Chen was that this new partner was the first team leader he had been in charge of that year. Because he was infected by Ding Chen's enthusiasm when he was working, he also had the idea of becoming a counselor.
