On July 15, 2021, the Shuangcheng Economic Circle University Science and Technology Park and High-tech Zone Science and Technology Achievements Matchmaking Conference in Chengdu-Chongqing Region was held in Neijiang.

16 university science and technology parks in Chengdu and Chongqing, 13 national and provincial high-tech zones, other science and technology service organizations and enterprises attended the meeting. In this matchmaking meeting, a total of 122 university science and technology parks such as Chongqing University and Sichuan University were launched for transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and 7 university science and technology parks were used to promote scientific and technological achievements. Zou Hongjun, vice chairman and secretary general of Sichuan High-tech Industrialization Association, said that university science and technology parks and high-tech zones are the main bodies of scientific and technological achievements transformation. It is necessary to earnestly implement the spirit of the ninth meeting of the 11th provincial party committee, and promote the implementation of high-tech parks and university science and technology. The park joint meeting mechanism integrates the scientific and technological resources of universities and research institutes, promotes the sharing of resources between university science and technology parks and high-tech parks, and promotes the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
Since the establishment of the Sichuan University Science and Technology Park Alliance, relying on the various resource advantages of Sichuan University Science and Technology Park, it has focused on building a resource sharing mechanism for the University Science and Technology Park, improving the overall service level of the Sichuan University Science and Technology Park, and promoting the Sichuan University Science and Technology Park. The comprehensive development of the park has become an important assistant and starting point for the development of university science parks at the Sichuan level.
Neijiang High-tech Zone adheres to innovation-driven, transformational development, and has issued policies to encourage innovation and entrepreneurship. Technical Service Center, New Economic Technology Industry Research Institute, Chongqing Hanhua Financial Holdings, Chengdu High-tech Zone Yingchuang Power, Chongqing Zhubajie, etc. have carried out in-depth cooperation and gathered innovative resources through various measures.
Sichuan University Science and Technology Park Alliance and Neijiang High-tech Zone signed a cooperation agreement at the meeting, awarding a license for the workstation of Sichuan University Science and Technology Park Alliance Neijiang High-tech Zone. The workstation will gather technical needs in a timely manner, release scientific and technological achievements in a timely manner, and carry out entrepreneurship and innovation guidance in a timely manner, so as to promote the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements of colleges and universities in Neijiang, and help promote the high-quality development of the local economy in Neijiang.
