"Forgiveness" homework is convenient, but it is never easy.
Because, it is not someone, something, or something that needs to be forgiven, but forgiveness regards these as the real "you".
So the object of forgiveness is yourself, not
everyone except you, everything, everything happens.
This is not what you think, but the actual experience.
The homework of forgiveness is to the extreme and permanence, and then it is realized in the sutra: all conditioned dharmas are dreams, illusions, bubbles, and shadows.
It’s not that you are dreaming, but that you are dreaming, dreaming is you, you treat your body as yourself, and you are in the dream.
You said that I wouldn’t just treat my body as myself. If it’s true that I don’t treat my body as myself, then is there “you”? Is there still "no"?
So forgiveness is a solid skill in the heart, not a catchphrase.
instead of pursuing various advantages in meditation, you should "forgive" yourself while sitting and lying down every day.
Otherwise, when will this great dream that will last forever be awake?
When will the ups and downs of these joys and sorrows end?
So, don’t underestimate the power of forgiveness. It contains the “compassion, joy and giving” mentioned by Buddha , and also contains the “Eightfold Path”.
It is free from the creative thinking of all languages and words, and from the distinction between the mind and mind. It has no author or recipient. The solid pain contains vivid free and easy and free.
Follow your soul, always.
