Yongxing Temple is located in Yingchengzi Street, Ganjingzi District, Dalian City. Now Yongxing Temple consists of two courtyards, east and west. The West Courtyard was newly built after 1994, covering an area of about 6240 square meters and a construction area of 1370 square meters. There are mountain gates, bell and drum towers, heavenly king halls, Guanyin halls, , Mainland temples, 1 Wanfo Halls, etc. Both are imitated in the architectural style of the Ming and Qing dynasties. Among them, the Heavenly King Hall has a single-eaved hard mountain top, while the Guanyin Hall and the Daxiong Hall are double-eaved hip-top buildings. Both are majestic and tall. It is the main place for Buddhist activities.

The east courtyard is separated by a wall and is not interconnected. After coming out of the west courtyard, there is a corner gate facing south to enter more than ten meters to the left. There are mainly two buildings left over from the Ming Dynasty, the Heavenly King Hall and the Guanyin Hall. The courtyard is densely planted with green cypress and , and the environment is quiet. There are some damaged ancient stone tablets piled up on the outer gables of Guanyin Hall. In front of the statue of Guanyin in the hall, there are several ancient monuments of Yongxing Temple rebuilt on the left and right. From this we can see that Yongxing Temple has a long history.
