Tang Puming

　　Puming. His common surname is Wei, a native of Anyi, Puzhou. He became a monk at the age of thirteen and traveled to various lectures. In the fourth year of Daye of Emperor Yang of Sui, (608 AD) , he was summoned to enter the Great Meditation Temple. , Emperor Gaozu of Tang , the first year of Wude (618 AD) , he lived in Renshou Temple in Puzhou, Shanxi. Recite the precepts once a day, the Diamond Sutra twenty times, and repent for six weeks. Dedicate all your good roots and blessings to be reborn in the Western Pure Land. You will practice so diligently throughout your life. There are dozens of Buddha statues and niches built in , sandalwood, , and the "Diamond Sutra" written, with about a thousand pieces. He talked about the " Nirvana Sutra " more than 80 times, and also talked about countless sutras and treatises such as " Mahayana Sutra " and " Sage of Sutra ". Tang Demei

　Huiman. His common surname is Liang, and he is from Chang'an, , Yongzhou, . He became a monk at the age of seven, and was smart, cautious and upholding his dignity. He traveled everywhere to study and preached in all directions. During the Zhenguan period of Emperor Taizong of Tang Dynasty, he lived in Hongji Temple under the emperor's order, and specifically promoted the precepts and majesty and rewarded and persuaded monks and disciples to observe the precepts. He once vowed to be reborn in the Pure Land and often made a career of offering sacrifices to monks to bathe. On April 20, 16th year of Zhenguan of Emperor Taizong of Tang Dynasty, he was slightly sick and knew that he was about to die. Therefore, he returned all the things he used in daily life to the permanent residence, sat upright on the rope bed, and summoned the temple public to bid farewell to the public, and then died at the age of 75.
