"Suddenly realize one mind, and you will be liberated" This sentence comes from the "Pure Name Sutra" says: Immediately, I still have the original mind. A sudden mind means that you can maintain your original mind at the moment, and you will not be troubled by all kinds of troubles and delusions, and you will be free and free.

"Ignorance and ignorance can be broken" means why all sentient beings suffer because people's desires are constantly expanding. Ignorance means being happy when you get it, and when you can’t get it, you will feel hatred when you don’t get it. Because ignorance is like this, the root of greed, anger, and ignorance lies in ignorance.

How simple is happiness as a child, but when adults find that they can have more things, they always want to have more and live a better life, but because of all kinds of unhappiness, they are always unhappy. This is because we fall into the "net of scattered net" because of ignorance. The so-called "net of scattered net" is actually a lot of greed, hatred, foolishness, arrogance, and jealousy. They make us confused, unable to get coolness, liberation, and not free in our hearts, but unable to understand it.

Only by practicing the wisdom of concentration, precepts, observation and self-reflection, and realizing Bodhi and leading to Prajna can we break the net and be happy and at ease.

Because it is far away from others, it is not damaged by swords and axes. After it grows into big things one by one, it can be used as a pillar. Therefore, you know how to live in the valley of the gods, avoid the hustle and bustle of nature, cultivate your nature, and leave the world forever. There is nothing in the world, and your heart is peaceful. From this, the Tao tree blooms and the Zen forest produces fruits." True practice must avoid the hustle and bustle of the world, be mindful and focus, and ignore the temptation in front of you, and then you can be at peace in your heart.

"Don't have self-seeing, self-lighting" comes from Laozi "Tao Te Ching·Texamination": "Therefore, the sage knows himself but does not see himself but does not show off himself, and loves himself but does not value himself." It means having self-knowledge without showing off himself.

"Happiness is excited, worries are not revealed" means that even ordinary people can be content and always be happy every day, and they are very excited when doing things. Where can there be any worries that can bother you?
