Hengshui·Jingxian·Kaifu Temple is located on the north side of Jinghua Street (County Road 906), Jingzhou Town, Jingxian County, Hengshui City, Hebei Province. The east gate of the temple is on Beimenli Road.

Hengshui • Jingxian • Kaifu Temple was built in the Northern Wei Dynasty (386-534 AD). It has gone through wars and reconstructions for thousands of years. Now Hengshui Jingxian Kaifu Temple has a stupa, a main hall, a Guanyin Hall, a living room, a dining hall and a dormitory.

Kaifu Temple Relic Pagoda, Sakyamuni Buddha Relic Pagoda, because today's Jingxian County was originally located in Jingzhou, it is commonly known as Jingzhou Pagoda. Jingzhou Tower enjoys a high reputation in China, and is as famous as Cangzhou Iron Lion , Zhaozhou Dashi Bridge , and Zhengding County Longxing Temple Bronze Bodhisattva. It is known as one of the four ancient treasures of Hebei. Jingzhou Tower was designated as the fourth batch of China's key cultural relics protection units by the State Council on November 20, 1996.
The Kaifu Temple Relic Pagoda was first built in the Xing'an period of the Northern Wei Dynasty (452-453 AD). It is 13 stories high and has an octagonal pyramid shape. It is 63.85 meters high and has a bottom circumference of 50.5 meters. It is a masonry structure. It is an ancient pagoda with dense eaves and pavilion style. The base of the tower is made of solid giant bluestone. There is a deep well under the base, which is actually an underground palace for storing Buddhist bones, Buddhist scriptures, statues and gold and silver jewelry. The tower body is made of green bricks. There are hundreds of spiral steps inside the tower from bottom to top. You can climb the steps and spiral up to the top.
There is the Jingzhou Folk Museum to the east of the Kaifu Temple Relic Pagoda and the Hall of Fame to the west. There are archways in the east, south and west directions.
