Wu Congyan, No. Beiyan Yi, was born in Ningde, Fujian, and was a lay painter. Currently, he is a contracted painter of of China International Cultural Communication Center, a researcher of the World Cultural Heritage Research Association, a member of Zhejiang Artists Association, and a full-time painter of Suzhou Juming Culture and Art Co., Ltd.
