Report time
After all examinations are completed, go to the Child Care Department on the first floor to receive the "Children's Health Care Manual for Nursery Schools". Please consult the doctor who examined you for the specific collection time.

Physical examination process
1. Payment: Register at the charge window on the first floor and pay the physical examination fee. Remember to bring your household registration book;
2. Registration: Registration at the pre-examination triage office of the Child Care Department on the first floor;
3. Comprehensive examination:
(1) Measure height and weight : Clinic No. 1, Department of Pediatrics, first floor;
(2) Oral examination: Clinic No. 9, Department of Pediatrics, first floor;
(3) Internal medicine examination : Clinic No. 2, Department of Pediatrics, first floor;
(4) Five senses examination: First floor Clinic No. 4 of the Child Care Department;
(5) Draw blood for hunger: Draw blood for hunger (fasting) at the Pediatric Clinic on the first floor. Department;
4. Receive the report: Collect the "Children's Health Care Manual for Child Care Institutions" at the Pre-examination Triage Office of the Child Care Department on the first floor. 》.

Required physical examination items

Precautions
1. The day before the physical examination, the child should have a good rest, maintain a good mental state, and eat a light diet. Do not eat anything after 12 o'clock in the evening. On the morning of the physical examination, the baby needs to be fasting and not eat anything. After the blood drawing is completed Give your child some warm water and food.
2. If you are sick, you cannot have a physical examination. You can wait until you are fully recovered before having a physical examination.
3. Stagger the peak period. Generally, the peak period of physical examination is in mid-to-late August. Parents can stagger the peak period of physical examination unless there are special circumstances.
4. For babies who are emotionally fragile and delicate, don’t forget to bring their favorite toy with you to relieve their psychological pressure.
5. Before drawing blood, children should be kept away from crying children as much as possible to avoid increasing the child's psychological burden and making it more difficult for the child to cooperate. If there are children around who behave well, you can use them as role models to encourage your children.
6. Due to the epidemic, please wear a mask. Each child should be accompanied by a parent (who can read and sign, and the elderly should bring their own pair of reading glasses). When entering the hospital, please cooperate with scanning the health code and line up in an orderly manner, keeping distance.
7. For children with abnormalities in physical examination (such as phimosis, oral diseases, abnormal vision, etc.), please proceed to the next step for examination and treatment.
