The changes in the number of days of pregnancy termination for female employees are as follows:
If the pregnancy is terminated less than 4 months, counts 15 to 30 days (previously 15 days);
4 months of pregnancy If the pregnancy is terminated under the above 7 months, counts 42 days;
If the pregnancy is terminated at 7 months of pregnancy, counts 75 days (previously stipulated that the abortion at 4 months, counts 42 days).
You should know that the calculation formula of maternity allowance is:
the average monthly salary of the employer ÷ 30* the number of days of maternity leave
That's too much.
In addition, in the new regulations, maternity insurance and employee medical insurance are merged, and the maternity treatment expenditure items should be set up in the treatment expenditures of the employee basic medical insurance coordinating fund, and the maternity insurance fund is not listed separately.
In addition, reproductive medical expenses are included in the medical insurance payment method, and direct settlement of medical expenses for reproductive medical expenses in different places across provinces has been promoted. Because all kinds of accounts cannot be directly settled, you can apply for reimbursement of medical expenses within three years from the day after the operation (previously, it was stipulated that reimbursement was applied within one year).
Note: The following three types of persons are not eligible for maternity allowance.
First, the unemployed spouse of the employee, only enjoys the treatment of maternity medical expenses, and does not enjoy the maternity allowance;
Second, flexible employment,Only enjoy the treatment of maternity medical expenses and do not enjoy maternity allowance;
Third, unemployed persons who receive unemployment insurance benefits, employees who are identified as first to fourth levels of disability due to work-related disabilities and have gone through retirement procedures are not entitled to maternity benefits.
