30 is no longer the new 20 years old, so grasp your adulthood, accumulate some identity capital, use your weak relationships, choose your family well, and don’t be defined by things you don’t know or things you didn’t do!
If you want to change, now will be your best opportunity. The speaker gave us three suggestions:
1, accumulating identity capital. Make some investments to increase your value for what you want to become.
2, learn to use your "weak relationship". New opportunities always emerge from so-called "weak relationships", such as friends' friends' friends.
3, the time to choose a family is now. Maybe you can’t choose a family of birth, but you can choose what kind of family you want to form with in the future. The best time to manage a marriage is before getting married, which means treating love is like treating work, and you must make careful choices and do it deliberately.
For the first time, I realized that twenty years old is so important in the journey of life! Twenty years old youth is precious and beautiful. Youngness is our capital, but it does not mean that we can squander it at will.
