Nedaa's network has taken advantage of Nokia's infrastructure and can support many requirements of mission-critical networks. With the introduction of 5G, Nedaa will be able to support enhanced services for public safety and critical operational management such as first responders’ immersive applications, networking and automated vehicles, video surveillance and remote control, as well as managing thousands of connected devices, sensors and IoT applications.

Memorandum of Understanding provides a framework for upgrading existing network capabilities and providing flexible and advanced services to government organizations based on secure and reliable networks. One of the key elements is 5G network slicing, which will help Nedaa provide segmented solutions for different industries, including oil and gas, transportation and other government organizations. The MoU also lays the foundation for identifying the most appropriate 5G use cases for new opportunities and profitability.
