China Mobile Cloud Capacity Center (hereinafter referred to as " Mobile Cloud ") participated in this project as Mobile Cloud Intelligent Security Platform . The project successfully passed the evaluation of "Cloud Computing Intelligent Operation and Maintenance (AIOps) Capacity Maturity Part 2: System and Tools Technical Requirements" carried out by the China Institute of Information and Communications (hereinafter referred to as " Institute of Information and Communications ", and its abnormality detection module successfully passed the comprehensive level evaluation. It means that the intelligent operation and maintenance level of mobile cloud has reached the industry's AIOPS L2 level, reaching the domestic leading level.

Positioned with "cloud facility builder, cloud service provider, cloud ecosystem gatherer", it seizes the huge market space for cloud business development, and its business covers the entire industrial chain of the cloud computing industry, and provides cloud host , cloud server, cloud space, CDN, cloud hard disk, cloud database and other cloud computing services for government affairs, medical care, education, transportation, manufacturing, finance and other industries, focusing on scenario formulation industry solutions.

The project participating in the evaluation this time is about the "Mobile Cloud Intelligent Platform"'s capability maturity model in Intelligent Operation and Maintenance (AIOps) Part 2: Evaluation of abnormal detection scenarios in system and tool technical requirements. Relying on operation and maintenance data and AI algorithms, we will promote the digital transformation of mobile cloud operation and maintenance to ensure business continuity and improve overall efficiency.

Q: Congratulations on your evaluation of the competence maturity standard of the Institute of Information and Communications Technology and Communications Technology Intelligent Operation and Maintenance (AIOps)?

Zhu Wenpeng: AIOPS is the trend of operation and maintenance development. The "Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Capability Maturity Standard" proposes a standard implementation path for enterprises to build intelligent operation and maintenance capabilities, standardizes and promotes the development and application of domestic intelligent operation and maintenance, and can effectively accelerate the digital transformation of our enterprises in the field of operation and maintenance.

This time, the formal evaluation of the AIOps capability maturity standard is a recognition of the construction of China Mobile Cloud Capacity Center's intelligent operation and maintenance capabilities: on the one hand, it strengthens the technical exchanges between our experts in the industry; on the other hand, it also provides guidance for our ability to improve our intelligent operation and maintenance.

Q: Your unit participated in the evaluation of the AIOps capability maturity standard. What are the considerations of the enterprise?

Zhu Wenpeng: We hope to use evaluation of the AIOps capabilities of the mobile cloud smart platform to find out the differences between us and the "standards", understand the current development status of our own AIOps, find problems and shortcomings, check for omissions and fill in the gaps, and achieve "using evaluation to promote construction, using evaluation to promote reform, using evaluation to promote management, and using evaluation to promote development."At the same time, through evaluation, we can compare the excellent practices in the industry's internal AIOps field, learn from benchmarks, learn from strengths and weaknesses, and make progress together.

Q: What changes will be brought to enterprises and teams through the evaluation of AIOps capability maturity standards?

Zhu Wenpeng: Through this systematic and comprehensive evaluation: on the one hand, it effectively verifies that our current design concept is in line with the development direction of the industry. The project team has accumulated experience and practices in creating an intelligent operation and maintenance platform that meets industry standards, providing reference and guidance for the next evolution of the mobile cloud smart platform. At the same time, relevant experience can be promoted and copied to other project teams within the company. On the other hand, through this assessment, the capabilities of our team members have been greatly improved, allowing the team members to have a more quantitative and clearer understanding of intelligent operation and maintenance, and the team members have more confidence.

Q: For the development of AIOps work, how many aspects are there in the next step?

Zhu Wenpeng: The "abnormal detection" scenario passed by This time is a single-scene capability application of intelligent operation and maintenance L2 level. Relying on the standard of AIOps capability maturity, we have also built scenario capabilities such as dynamic baseline, capacity prediction, root cause analysis, etc. In the next step, we will continue to consolidate the application of several intelligent operation and maintenance scenarios on the current network, and explore advanced intelligent capabilities, continuously explore the application scenarios of AIOps in daily operation and maintenance of mobile clouds, and promote the serial application between operation and maintenance scenarios, so as to promote construction by using it, explore the intelligent operation and maintenance L3 level capabilities, and improve the operation and maintenance capabilities and efficiency of mobile clouds.

Q: What do you think about the future development direction of AIOps?

Zhu Wenpeng: Most of the application scenarios of are currently in the field of fault diagnosis and resource operation of traditional cloud services. There is no general solution for the future development and operation and maintenance system of computing power networks. The Mobile Cloud SRE team hopes to strengthen cooperation with industry friendly companies and research institutions, jointly discuss and practice, and form an AIOps operation and maintenance system that can support the future development of computing power networks.
