According to Windows Central, this preview version brings updates to the Microsoft Phone Link application. This update introduces a new feature called "Instant Hotspot". allows users to directly open and connect to the phone's hotspot through the Windows Wi-Fi panel, without the need to operate the phone , similar to macOS, which can easily connect to the user's iPhone hotspot.
Microsoft said, "When your phone is within the connection range, it will appear in the list of Wi-Fi networks on your PC. Just a click can open the hotspot of your phone and connect to the hotspot. There is no longer the need to remember and enter a password or search and open the hotspot on your phone. This provides an easier and faster way for you to repeatedly connect to the hotspot of your phone while traveling."
However, this feature is currently only available for Samsung phone running One UI 4.1.1 or later.
