It increases the courier's workload/time-consuming but does not bring much benefit to the courier. Some couriers do not know where the trash cans/garbage rooms in the community are. If the courier needs to ask the user whether he or she needs to take out the trash, the company cannot supervise every courier to ask the user every time he comes to the door. The user experience will be unstable, and it will make the user feel worse if it is sometimes absent; Reminding users increases operating costs. The user's need is to obtain goods on time, and helping to take out the garbage is not the user's core appeal.
If this was true, those highly competitive express companies would have required couriers to do this long ago in their door-to-door pickup business.
