" Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases of the People's Republic of China" stipulates that: All units and individuals in the field of of the People's Republic of China must accept prevention and control measures such as investigation, inspection, sample collection, isolation and treatment of infectious diseases by disease prevention and control institutions and medical institutions, and provide relevant information truthfully. If a population who is included in the scope of nucleic acid testing does not participate in the nucleic acid test of a unified organization, it is suspected of violating the provisions of the " Emergency Regulations on Public Health Emergency Notices ": Relevant units and individuals who do not cooperate with the investigation, sampling, technical analysis and inspection, may violate the "Public Security Administration Punishment Law" and constitute violations of public security management, the public security organs will punish them in accordance with the law; if they are suspected of committing a crime, they will be held criminally responsible for suspected obstructing the prevention and control of infectious diseases in accordance with the Criminal Law. If the epidemic is transmitted due to refusal or evasion of nucleic acid testing, and the epidemic is spread, according to Article 330 of the Criminal Law: Violating the provisions of the Infectious Disease Prevention and Control Law, causing Class A infectious diseases and infectious diseases that have been determined to be transmitted or have serious danger of transmission in accordance with the law, they shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years or detention; if the consequences are particularly serious, they shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years but not more than seven years.
