Recently, relying on the "intelligent voice call system", Jiayuguan Xinhua Community Health Service Center followed up 640 hypertensive patients in the community. The system can also generate corresponding statistical reports based on the conversation content with residents, help doctors analyze relevant situations, solve the problems of time-consuming, labor-intensive and narrow coverage of traditional manual telephones, greatly improve work efficiency, and at the same time improve the pertinence and effectiveness of chronic disease management in various medical institutions.

 As of the end of September, 11 primary medical institutions in Jiayuguan City have used the intelligent voice outbound call system to serve 22,619 people, with a success rate of 89.9%.

  This "intelligent voice call system" widely used by primary medical institutions is one of the results of 10 projects in our province to improve the health management level of chronic "four diseases" for the elderly in this year. This project mainly implements the application of three major functions of intelligent voice outbound call, artificial intelligence assisted diagnosis and treatment, and operation supervision by building a chronic disease management platform and artificial intelligence-enabled diagnosis and treatment platform for the elderly.

  Relevant person in charge of the Provincial Health Commission said that by the end of May this year, the province has basically realized the construction of 2 platforms and 5 application systems, including the core capability platform for chronic disease management of artificial intelligence, core capability platform for chronic disease management, intelligent voice out-of-talk system, intelligent COPD management system, intelligent stroke management system, artificial intelligence assisted diagnosis system, and operation supervision system. It can effectively assist grassroots doctors in carrying out screening, follow-up management, health education, auxiliary diagnosis and treatment services for the elderly, improve the coverage, pertinence and effectiveness of chronic "four diseases" management, standardize the quality of electronic medical records of grassroots doctors in key counties for rural revitalization, improve the reasonable rate of primary medical diagnosis, and reduce the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.

  It is understood that at the beginning of this year, the provincial government listed "improving the health management level of chronic 'four diseases' for the elderly" as one of the 10 practical things for the people in 2022, and proposed to use new technologies such as artificial intelligence, intelligent voice, big data, and cloud computing to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the management of chronic "four diseases" in grassroots medical institutions, promote the hierarchical and classified precise management of the risk of chronic diseases in the elderly, improve the early detection rate and early diagnosis and treatment rate of chronic "four diseases" in the elderly, and improve the quality of life of the elderly.
