In order to create a high-level cardiac rehabilitation communication platform in our province and promote the sustainable development of cardiac rehabilitation undertakings in our province, the Shandong Provincial Cardiac Rehabilitation Academic Annual Meeting and Cardiac Rehabilitation Improvement Training Class was successfully held online. The meeting was sponsored by the Shandong Rehabilitation Medical Association and hosted by the Cardiology Branch of the Shandong Rehabilitation Medical Association and the Department of Cardiology Affiliated Provincial Hospital (Shandong Provincial Hospital). Wang Rong, member of the Party Committee and vice president of the Provincial Hospital, and Yuan Haitao, chairman of the Cardiology Rehabilitation Branch of the Shandong Rehabilitation Medical Association and director of the Cardiology Department of Provincial Hospital, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Lu Kefeng, deputy chairman of the Cardiology Branch of the Shandong Rehabilitation Medical Association and chief physician of the Cardiology Department of Provincial Hospital, presided over the meeting.
This forum brought together representatives of the top expert team in the field of cardiac rehabilitation in China, and conducted in-depth analysis of the clinical practice and development prospects of cardiac rehabilitation, cardiopulmonary exercise trial analysis, exercise prescription formulation, clinical application of in vitro counterpulsation, nutritional prescriptions, psychological prescription formulation, etc., to discuss the new trends in the development of cardiac rehabilitation in all aspects, and vividly explain the clinical application experience of cardiac rehabilitation through cardiac rehabilitation cases of various diseases. Nearly 40,000 people from various universities, hospitals, research institutes and other institutions attended the meeting online.
1As the chairperson unit of the Cardiac Rehabilitation Branch of Shandong Provincial Rehabilitation Medical Association, the Department of Cardiology of Provincial Hospital has focused on advanced cardiac rehabilitation concepts at home and abroad, actively carried out the construction of cardiac rehabilitation sub-professionals, and took the lead in carrying out cardiac rehabilitation technology in the province. In December 2020, the Cardiology Cardiac Rehabilitation Center was certified by the China Cardiovascular Health Alliance Cardiac Rehabilitation Center and officially opened for consultation. It carried out comprehensive, full and personalized management of patients with high-risk chronic cardiovascular diseases and heart disease, including drug treatment, exercise prescription, diet and psychology, and high-risk factor control, and strives to achieve the integration of cardiovascular disease prevention, treatment and rehabilitation. It has now developed into an important provincial cardiac rehabilitation center. The Cardiology Rehabilitation Center will be guided by the " Healthy China 2030 Planning Outline " and with high-quality services and superb technology, it will continue to forge ahead in the booming cardiac rehabilitation boom, and strive to escort the prevention and rehabilitation of patients with cardiovascular disease.
