Yesterday, the reporter learned from the Municipal Health Commission that the free examination projects of cervical cancer and breast cancer have been officially launched. Those who meet the conditions can go to the designated hospital for free examination.
screening targets: women aged 35 to 64 with registered residence or permanent residence in Canal District and Xinhua District.
screening item: Cervical cancer screening includes gynecological examination, cervical cytology examination, colposcopy, histopathological examination; breast cancer screening includes breast physical examination, breast color ultrasound examination, and breast X-ray examination.
For this screening, the Municipal Maternal and Child Health Hospital, Cangzhou Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital, and three designated inspection hospitals were established in the Municipal Maternal and Child Health Hospital; the designated inspection hospital established in Xinhua District is the Municipal Maternal and Child Health Hospital.
Those who meet the conditions can use their ID card to make an appointment and register at the community health service center , and then go to the designated hospital for examination.
Relevant person in charge of the Municipal Health Commission introduced that the "two cancers" examination can help women detect precancerous lesions and early lesions in a timely manner, so as to achieve the purpose of early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment, and improve women's health level.
