Q: How are you preparing to overcome the disease?
Answer: I am not going to fight against diseases. I am not ready to defeat anyone, and I don’t know much about certain diseases. So I'm not going to fight with him.
Question: Isn’t disease the enemy of health?
Answer: Disease is never an enemy. Since we choose our body to live in the disease, there is naturally a reason for his choice. The arrival of the disease is just a reminder that our living habits may need to be adjusted, or that some of our belief systems need to be adjusted, and our emotional management needs to be adjusted. So disease is just a signal and a prompt that requires us to make changes. He is just a signal light, how can the signal light be an enemy?
Since the disease has chosen our bodies and entered our lives. If we become part of us, then we must treat him well, rather than resist him and curse him.
Disease is also very kind. He first reminded us from small things. We can't see, understand, and don't change. He used other people's examples to alert us. We still can't see, understand, and change. Then she reminded me of a bigger disease. We still don’t wake up and don’t change. He reminded us with a heavier one. So in fact, a person won’t get seriously ill all of a sudden. There will be many signs before a serious illness. Disease is just to give us some reminders.
Question: Since it is a reminder, why not remind us in other ways that make us more comfortable?
Answer: Pain makes people wake up and look back faster. Not comfortable.
