From August 30 to 31, 2022, a special training meeting on Party Building Leading High-Quality Development and Public Hospital Performance Appraisal of Public Hospitals in the Province, sponsored by the Shandong Provincial Society of Public Health and Disinfection and Infection Control, was held in Jinan. The special training session invited relevant leaders and experts from the Medical Management Center of the National Health Commission, the Hospital Management Research Institute and the Medical Administration and Medical Management Office of the Provincial Health Commission to promote high-quality development of public hospitals through high-level performance appraisal and strengthen hospital party building to lead the public sector. Special lectures will be given on topics such as high-quality development of hospitals, practical discussion of performance appraisal of public hospitals, smart hospitals promoting high-quality development of public hospitals, and analysis of the current situation of performance appraisal of public hospitals in Shandong Province. More than 300 people in charge of party building in various municipal health commissions and comrades in charge of performance evaluation of public hospitals at all levels participated in the training.
