Recently, the "Social Work Committee" of Heshui South Road Community, Sijiqing Street, Xigu District, in conjunction with Haitao Dental, carried out a free clinic activity of "Focus on Oral Health and Promote a Happy Life" to help residents establish oral health awareness.
Despite the scorching summer heat, a large number of residents still attended the event. Medical staff from Haitao Stomatological Hospital carefully examined the teeth of the residents and explained dental care and prevention and treatment methods of periodontal disease. In response to oral problems raised by residents such as dental implants, fillings, and veneers, the doctor patiently answered them and encouraged everyone to treat their condition correctly and choose a regular medical unit for examination and treatment. Volunteers from the "Social Work Committee" also distributed small gifts such as oral health promotional materials and tooth cleaning cards to residents.
Through this free clinic activity, community residents learned more about oral knowledge and enhanced their awareness of oral health care. The "Social Work Committee" of Heshui South Road Community will continue to focus on the service concept of universal health, unite and gather various forces, help residents establish health concepts and cultivate healthy habits from multiple dimensions such as food, clothing, housing and transportation, and continuously improve the quality of life of residents in the jurisdiction.
