The psychological assistance hotline has become an important way for the public to seek professional psychological help. It can provide rapid and effective psychological intervention for individuals in a state of psychological crisis. It is a "lifeline" that can provide timely feedback and connect hope. During the epidemic, psychological assistance hotlines play an irreplaceable role in maintaining social stability and ensuring public mental health.
In order to ensure that the psychological assistance hotline service is carried out in a scientific, standardized and effective manner, improve the professional skills of operators, and improve service quality, from December 14th to 15th, the Guangxi psychological assistance hotline team was invited by the Hechi Fourth People's Hospital to provide psychological assistance hotline service skills training for relevant medical staff of the hospital.
This training was conducted in the form of "offline + online". Gan Dagao, Vice President of Hechi Fourth People's Hospital, attended and presided over the meeting. Key members of each ward of Hechi Fourth People's Hospital and all staff of Hechi psychological assistance hotline participated in the training.
This training mainly focuses on the setting up and management of psychological assistance hotlines, hotline communication skills, hotline standardized answering procedures, handling of high-risk calls, handling of difficult and special calls, etc. It also specially designed and arranged on-site case drills and supervision. Supervisors Xiao Jifang and Wei Hailing provided detailed supervision and comments on the drill process to help improve the hotline operators' hotline service and suicide risk assessment capabilities, as well as their ability to quickly respond to high-risk calls.
Finally, the participants shared their experiences and difficulties in wiring work, and Xiao Jifang explained and supervised them in a targeted manner.
This training not only taught the professional knowledge of the psychological assistance hotline, but also shared many practical experiences, contributing to improving the service quality of the psychological assistance hotline in Hechi and ensuring the mental health of Hechi citizens.
Introduction to Guangxi Psychological Assistance Hotline
Guangxi Psychological Assistance Hotline (0772-3136120) is the first public welfare hotline in Guangxi and the only public welfare hotline in Liuzhou undertaken by a medical institution. As one of the main projects of the "National Mental Health Comprehensive Management Pilot", targets individuals in a state of psychological crisis and people with psychological problems. It can provide callers with timely and effective psychological support, psychological consultation and intervention services, quickly reduce the caller's suicide risk, and can also provide callers with relevant knowledge about mental and psychological problems to help them find ways to solve their psychological problems. The
hotline has 4 wiring seats, and full-time operators will provide services 24 hours a day. All operators have professional qualifications such as national psychological counselor and national psychotherapist. The hotline system uses advanced computerized computer recording, data storage and management systems to provide continuous psychological crisis intervention services to high-risk callers.
hotline service has established a hierarchical supervision system and established a psychological assistance hotline expert group to carry out supervision on a regular basis. When necessary, the psychological assistance hotline will also refer callers to psychological counseling or other psychological treatment services in the hospital.
