Candidate Instructions
1. Due to the epidemic, this month's registration and testing will not accept the participation of all personnel in the prefecture-level cities where medium and high risk are located in (low-risk areas of prefecture-level cities where medium and high risk are located are also included). Please pay attention to the development of the epidemic situation in the prefecture-level cities when registering and testing (candidates with travel history in medium and high risk are not allowed to participate in the test)
2. During the epidemic, please arrive at the examination room half an hour in advance according to the test time on the admission ticket . You must wear a mask and measure your body temperature on the test day. You must enter the examination area with a green health code and an epidemic prevention itinerary card ( All candidates must provide a negative report on the nucleic acid test results of within 24 hours before the test; candidates from other provinces and candidates with a history of traveling in other provinces within the past 7 days must provide a negative report on the electronic version of nucleic acid test in our province within 24 hours before the test (the nucleic acid test data displayed on the electronic health code page of Hunan Province residents) ). If you encounter colds, fevers, coughs, or non-healthy green codes, you are prohibited from participating in the test. Note: If the epidemic situation changes, the test time will be temporarily adjusted. Please pay attention in time!
3. Candidates should follow the registration system prompts and carefully check their true identity information (cannot be modified after submission) , complete online payment (the system does not support the recognition of QR code payment, only supports WeChat’s “scan” function for online payment, it is recommended to use a computer for online registration) and print the admission ticket (you can log in to the registration system the day before the test to print) .
4. In order to meet the application needs of social candidates, has three test sites this month (the test site of Hunan Language and Character Training Test Center, Chaoyang Primary School Test Site in Furong District, Changsha City, and Mars Primary School Test Site in Furong District, Changsha City). Please pay attention to distinguishing the addresses of the three test sites when registering. The test site of is displayed on the final printing admission ticket.
5. After the candidates have successfully registered and paid their fees, please bring their valid ID card at the specified time on the test day (Note: Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and foreign candidates must present three months or more domestic study, work or life certificates on the day of the test before they can be tested! Expired, demagnetized and temporary ID cards cannot participate in the test!) and the admission ticket to the registration test station (point) to participate in the test (certificate photos were collected on site on the day of the test) . Those who have not printed the admission ticket themselves and have not arrived after the deadline will be cancelled and the test fee will not be refunded.
6. After 30 working days of the test (except on statutory holidays), candidates can log in to the National Government Service Platform (http://www.cltt.org/#/scoreQuery) to check their scores; after 45 working days of the test, candidates can use their "ID card" to get their certificates (including our center and the other two test sites on the third floor of the Provincial Government Service Hall with their "ID card". Note: Starting from January 1, 2022, the certificate will be printed uniformly by the National Language Commission, and the lost certificate will not be reissue.Please collect it as soon as possible and keep it properly! 7. Cheating and taking the exam on behalf of others is strictly prohibited. Once discovered, the test scores and the qualifications for taking the exam within one year will be cancelled.
8. Hunan Province Language and Text Training Test Center Office Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00-12:00 am, 14:30-17:30 pm (winter) 15:00-18:00 (summer); except for statutory holidays.
