At this time, the separated lubricating oil will fall to the bottom of the oil and gas separator, and this part of the oil is not allowed to be taken away by the compressed air. Therefore, during the design, an oil pipe is reserved at the bottom of the oil and gas separator. Through the action of internal pressure, this small amount of oil is directed to the main unit for lubrication. At the same time, because this process is irreversible, an check valve is installed on this oil pipe, which is called the oil return check valve. The function of the oil return check valve is to successfully retrieve the oil from the oil and gas separator to the main unit and prevent the oil from the main unit from flowing into the oil and gas separator.
Cleaning method of oil return check valve: The oil return check valve has a connection on the valve body, which can be unscrewed there, so as to remove the spring, steel ball and steel ball seat, and then use a cleaning agent to clean the valve body, spring, steel ball, and steel ball seat. Some have a filter inside. If so, they can be cleaned together.
